It’s the inside that counts!
Our awesome trailer that transports all of our instruments and sound equipment everywhere the band goes received an amazing "glow-up" last year. It looks fantastic! Unfortunately, the transformation was only skin deep. We would love to greatly improve the function of the inside by adding lighting, instrument specific shelving, additional storage, and a lift system for optimizing space and safety.
Important Meeting!
Tuesday, Sept 19, 6:30pm in the band room. We will have our monthly parent organization (booster meeting) and a visit from a guest. Please join us!
We need a parent/guardian/grandparent/aunt/uncle representative (or two) from every family. By simply coming, you will learn what is going on and the program will receive funds for your presence - but we must have 100 attendees to benefit! We will also have multiple door prizes.
Band Camp is coming….
Band camp is quickly approaching. Here’s what you need to know:
Band Camp IS required for ALL members.
The dates are as follows:
July 24, 8am-11:30am (new to North students and student leaders only)
July 25, 8am-11:30am (new to North students and student leaders only)
July 26-Aug 7 (Monday-Friday only), 7am-3pm
Aug 8, 7am-11am
Wear cool and comfortable clothes (shorts, T-shirt), tennis shoes (no sandals, crocs, or slides), and a hat.
Prepare to be outside. Sunscreen!!
Bring water. Lots of it.
Start hydrating now. Really.
Be early. Early is on time. On time is late. Late…..well, don’t be the one to find out.
7 am is the START time. Be in your place at that time, ready to begin.
Experienced students and parents will tell you to arrive 15 minutes before start time (to any band function).
Bring your lunch. Lunch IS NOT provided.

Summer Monday & Car Wash
Our first Summer Monday is Monday, June 12, 6-8pm. We hope your student will take the opportunity to work on marching and spending time getting to know other students.
Parents/Guardians! We will be taking this opportunity to work on a few tasks to prepare for the marching season ahead. Please consider signing up to help our committees.
All parents/guardians, we will have an informal meet-and-greet in the band room from about 7:30-8:00. Please come by, say hi, and make some new friends. We look forward to seeing you!
June 17th and our Big Blast Car Wash will be here before you know it!

When: June 17, 2023. 9:00AM - 12:00PM
Who: All ENHS band students! We hope you will help us out for this fun and beneficial event!
We will need help setting up at 8:00am and help shutting it down afterward.
Come have fun and support the band! Tell your friends and family to come get the best car wash around!

SAVE THE DATE! The annual End of Year Celebration for all of our bands, color guard and winter guard will be held April 28th at the Festival Market Place in downtown Edmond.

Parent Organization Board 2023-2024 - Nominations have been received for the board for next year. We will vote on May 4. If you would like to nominate anyone or yourself, you may still do that. Co-chairing committees is an option.
